Document preparation area
Yasalhane makes the process of preparing contracts and petitions clearer through its clause library, paragraph library and editable document editor.
Document type and clause management features that form the basis of the document preparation process.
You can quickly add clauses to the document by filtering them by category, risk level, status and document type.
You can make the text more organised and comprehensive by adding sub-clauses under the main clauses in the document, such as details, special conditions or additional explanations.
You can shape the document with a simpler, less tiring Word-like editing experience by making selected text bold, italic, underlined or formatted as a list.
You can rename the clause headings in the document according to your needs, making the text more suitable for the document type, purpose of use and your own structure.
It allows you to update the same variable appearing in multiple places in the document in one go, so repeated information changes automatically and consistently throughout the text.
Without being limited to the ready-made clause and paragraph library, users can write their own clause or paragraph heading and content to add bespoke provisions to the document. This makes each document more flexible and more tailored to the specific circumstances required.
Features that make it easier to edit and organise clauses while preparing the document, and keep them consistent with variable fields.
Document clauses can be reordered, edited and made more consistent with variable fields.
It allows you to search quickly within the document you are preparing. With the search field opened using Ctrl + F, relevant words and clauses are highlighted in Yasalhane green in large documents, and you can easily move between the results.
Depending on the document type, contracts can be structured with clauses, while petitions can be arranged in an unnumbered paragraph flow.
Clauses and paragraphs can be selected in bulk using checkboxes; before being added to the document, they can be arranged in the desired order on the ordering screen and then inserted into the document in one go.
Features that make it easier to find the relevant clause when searching across clauses.
During searches, it helps you find the relevant clause and document results even if minor spelling mistakes are made. For example, if you type “relif saught” instead of “relief sought”, the system still shows results related to “relief sought”.
It allows you to view the clause and paragraph library according to your working style: comfortable, compact or headings-only. The comfortable view displays clauses in a more explanatory way, while the compact view helps you see more clauses at once; the headings-only view makes it easier to scan long lists of clauses and paragraphs quickly.
It allows you to star frequently used clauses and paragraphs and add them to your favourites. This helps lawyers, consultants and users who prepare documents regularly access the clauses they need more quickly.
Features used to turn the prepared document into an output and keep the working process organised.
Prepared documents can be exported through a Word or PDF save/print flow.
Private working notes that do not appear in the final document output can be added to each clause. For example, reminders such as “Ask the client about the payment date here” remain only in the workspace.
